“Fotini simplified alot of the unknowns for me, including breast pump options and how to use them, recommendations for lactation specialists and general support. She was incredibly helpful, insightful and reassuring, especially knowing I’m a first time mum-to-be. Thank you again Fotini! I highly recommend utilising her services.” – Dana N. Wearable Breast Pump Trial

A wearable breast pump is a pump that you wear inside your bra. Over the last few years, the market of wearable pumps has significantly increased, leaving many mums feeling overwhelmed by choice. Some women feel unsure about whether a wearable will match the efficiency of their hospital grade electric pump.

I’m here to take away the overwhelm and help you make an informed investment choice.

My consult includes:

  • Talking you through five wearable pumps (Lacevo S70, Bubka Move, Mumilk Ella, Youha Embody, Youha The Ins)
  • Discussing features, what extras are included with each product, modes, settings and motor capacity, and what these all mean in practice
  • Measuring your flange size
  • Your choice of 2 or 3 wearables to try on while I guide your pumping session
  • Answering any questions you have
  • Discount codes if you wish to purchase the Lacevo, Bubka or Mumilk

“Fotini was amazing. I have a spectra plugin pump at home and was finding it decent but just doesn’t work with my lifestyle… I wasn’t sure about a wearable other than I wanted one. She walked me through four options and I was able to test my top 2… Now I’m off to the expo to buy that pump! 100% worth seeing Fotini to confirm before spending a trillion dollars on a pump that won’t work for you.” – Sophie. G [5 star google review]

Consultation Cost:

$60 to trial 2 or 3 wearable pumps.

Need a flange fitting?

We also offer flange fittings as a standalone service for those who don’t need a full pumping consultation.

By arming you with the right information and shield size, my aim is to leave you feeling confident and comfortable when renting the Spectra S1 breast pump and giving you the best chance of maximising* your milk output. I also highly recommend you seek professional support from a lactation consultant or IBCLC who understands and is supportive of pumping.

*Please note that whilst the right sized breast shield and understanding how use the Spectra’s settings may help maximise your breastmilk output, this can’t be guaranteed as there are many factors that determine your breastmilk supply and pumping output. Please consult with your healthcare professional if you have any concerns with your milk supply or feeding.
